Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. warrants its suspension against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall not apply if the equipment has been subjected to misuse, negligence or has been involved in an accident. The term of this warranty is ONE YEAR from date of installation. Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. will replace or repair free of charge, f.o.b. our plant, such part or parts thereof as in its sole judgment shall be deemed defective. This warranty does not obligate Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. to bear the cost of labor in replacement of such defective parts or the cost of transportation of such parts.
Damage resulting from improper installation or from repairs or alterations outside our plant will be considered as misuse and not as a defect. This warranty shall not apply to any equipment manufactured by us which shall have been loaded or operated beyond its rated capacity as specified on each unit by Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. Off-road use voids warranty.
Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. shall not be liable for consequential damages or injuries of any kind, and/or for expenses, losses or delays resulting from any failure. Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. reserves the right to make changes and improvements in its product without incurring any obligation to install any such changes or improvements in its products previously manufactured.
IMPORTANT EXCLUSION: Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd. makes no warranty of its outside purchased components or accessory equipment such as, but not limited to: axles, airbags, stabilizer, etc., the same being subject to the warranties of their respective manufacturers.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied and any other obligation or liability on the part of Loadshare® Suspensions Ltd., and no other person is authorized to make any representations or warranties beyond those herein expressed.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. A SIGNED COPY OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE NECESSARY FOR EFFECT TO TAKE PLACE.
